Design Process

At BOA, our goal is to simplify the design process for our clients. Building and redesign in a thoughtful, lasting way, is a complex process, but with more than four decades of combined experience, we are full of inventive solutions.

BOA begins each project with loose, creative ideas in pencil on paper that are later refined through BIM software and 3D visualizations to support our clients’ goals and financial interests.


Collaboration is about respect for the knowledge of everyone on the team. We see design as a partnership with our clients, contractors and consultants, and when clients are inspired, even passionate about their projects, we get excited.
