Crocker Highlands Home Remodel
Design Challenge
This home started out very dark with original, gum-wood paneling that had not been cared for in some time. The first phase of the whole house rehabilitation which BOA completed several years prior involved upgrading the kitchen and downstairs areas. Phase II of this home remodel focused on sprucing up the living room fireplace and remodeling the entire upper floor bedrooms and bathrooms.
Solution
These photos represent the phase II renovations which brighten the home with light and maximize the stunning outdoor views with windows placed in strategic places such as the pick-a-boo windows in the master shower and the master vanity.
Details
Careful attention was paid to matching the complex crown molding trims on the ceiling and replicating the quatrefoil design motif uncovered in the first phase remodel. BOA brought the same hand-carved quatrefoil design into the living room fireplace mantel and continued it in the upstairs, custom hallway cabinetry.

We love everything BOA has designed for us. Very soon, we hope to start phase III, a custom in-law unit in our backyard. We cannot recommend BOA highly enough.Homeowners
